20th March 2020: COVID-19 Update
In light of the uncertainty we are all facing in our daily lives with the outbreak of COVID-19 coronavirus, we wanted to personally reassure you that Partners in Property as a precautionary measure to safeguard us and members are cancelling all of our face-to-face meetings until further notice. While face-to-face meetings are no longer recommended by the Government, we have invested in the technology to ensure that meetings can resume online for the near future. We will be hosting two online meetings per month and you are welcome to participate in both, they will also be recorded for the online library. We are currently in some difficult negotiations with some of our venues to cancel upcoming bookings. Once this has been finalised we can endeavour to provide you all with a partial refund (amount to be confirmed) for your loyalty and for staying in the PIP Community.
We are here to help.
We know that people’s day-to-day lives are disrupted, and we’ve been working hard to ensure we continue to provide the best possible service to you during this period via community - our private Facebook group and the WhatsApp groups. We all are available at any time to answer your questions or concerns, so you know you have the support you need from us. You can access the online library to watch back speakers presentations from all 5 locations on the following link.
We have focused all our efforts and resources to ensure that we do everything in our power to support each other in this difficult time. We will be in touch with a more detailed update next week.
9th April: Members Update
We hope and trust you and your families are all keeping well. We, at Partners in Property have been working hard to deliver the utmost value to our PIP Community during these unprecedented times. To ensure communication is at its highest with our members we have now implemented new pages on our website www.partners-property.com which lists all our online meetings along with the links, and a news bulletin page for information and updates. As well as the website we circulate all information on the Members Only Facebook group, the WhatsApp groups and via email.
Today (9th April) PIP London will be hosted online, but open to ALL members of the PIP community as the other regional meets online have all been.
From week commencing 14th April (Easter Tuesday effectively) we are including the following in your membership:
There will be a daily 10am (Monday - Friday) online support session straight into the Facebook ‘Partners in Property Members Only’ group. This will be open to the entire PIP community, please join in and ask any questions. This will be facilitated in a mastermind format, with at least one PIP partner and/or host. A great opportunity to get to know those you don't know and ask any questions that you are battling with at this time!
There will be a weekly online regional session in order that those who have formed or are forming strong bonds in the regional groups can continue to do so. This will be a circa 1 hour "virtual coffee" (or something stronger) and your hosts will be in touch to organise and marshall this via the WhatsApp groups and email.
To drive extra value and engagement during lockdown and beyond, PIP are bringing you a new evening meet that offers access to PIP for those who struggle with the whole-day format and for those who are also not located geographically close to a Partners in Property event. A slightly trimmed-down format which retains all of the features of PIP and what makes it a unique property community. PIP Digital is here to stay!
To keep the full-day format and the core of PIP running along, we will be combining some of the regional meets for the period until larger gatherings are once again permitted and can be sensibly attended. This will be set on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month. We are packing in more speakers than ever on the digital meets and are using the opportunity to get some contacts who struggle with a full day commitment to contribute whilst we are in the online format. All online meets are recorded and uploaded on the online library too. We will be going back to the regional full-days when we can!
As announced on a couple of the meets thus far, we are reducing the monthly membership price to £40 per month during Covid-19. We are still negotiating with a couple of venues but we have made some savings and wanted to pass them on to the members at this difficult time. This will be in effect backdated from 16th March and will be applied via refunds - this will be a long and laborious process - so with that in mind, please bear with us! Thank you.
