Is there a contract?
No, we don't believe in tying people into contracts.
What happens if I can't come to a meeting?
There is a digital content library that you can listen to with a back catalogue of previous speakers.
How do I pay?
Subscriptions are collected monthly by Direct Debit.
I am new to property. Is PIP suitable for me?
Absolutely. We have members who have not yet started in property, all the way through to members with portfolios numbering into the 100s
I've got a large portfolio. Is PIP suitable for me?
Yes. We have long-standing members with large portfolios and many years experience.
Where are the regional meetings held?
All our meetings are held at venues highly accessible from the motorway and also a short taxi ride from train stations. There is generous car parking at each venue outside of the M25.
Is this just another property networking event?
Absolutely NOT. PIP was created to break the mould of property networking events.
Will I be upsold to?
How is PIP different?
PIP focuses on the real world of property investment, based on practical experience and has created a community of like-minded property people.
Will this be fun?
Of course! Food is also included at our events with tea and coffee on tap and there are meet-ups which inevitably branch off from PIP.
What might I get out of PIP?
Members have bought and sold properties, formed new partnerships, Joint Ventured and accessed off-market deals in the room. The record size deal so far is worth £3m, and members are working on larger deals!
